How To Mix Veet Gold Day And Night Cream

During the day, your facial skin needs moisture and protection:

• Apply your day cream in the morning after cleansing your face. Your day cream hydrates the skin and works like a protective shield against environmental influences.
• Day creams with antioxidants neutralise free radicals and protect the skin’s cells from oxidative stress.
• Are you outside a lot during the day? Then use a day cream with a sun protection factor. It protects your skin from the sun and prevents ageing caused by sunlight.
• Tinted day creams leave your complexion looking particularly fresh and smooth.

At night, cell regeneration is running at full speed and your skin is particularly receptive to moisturising ingredients:

After cleansing thoroughly, apply night cream to your face and neck. Night cream is usually richer and helps the skin’s natural regeneration process.
• In contrast to day creams, night creams do not contain a sun protection factor. This is why you shouldn’t use a day cream at night as a sun protection factor is superfluous at night.

DAY CREAM: A PROTECTIVE SHIELD AGAINST THE SUN’S RAYS

Sunlight is one of the main causes of premature skin ageing. This is why you should use a day cream with a sun protection factor, such as NIVEA Feuchtigkeitsspendende Tagespflege mit Vitamin E.

HOW YOUR SKIN REGENERATES WHEN YOU’RE ASLEEP

Night cream contains nourishing ingredients and is particularly rich, because when we go to bed our skin gets to work. When we’re asleep, various hormones (amongst other things) are distributed, which are responsible for regenerating the cells. Also, blood circulation and the supply of nutrients are considerably higher than during the day. Night creams, combined with healthy sleep, promote the regeneration of the skin. Anti-ageing ingredients are also particularly important in our skin care at night. NIVEA Cellular Anti-Age Nachtpflege, with its cell activating ingredients, supports the natural skin regeneration process, improves skin renewal and ensures a younger-looking appearance.

DAY AND NIGHT CREAM: BEAUTIFUL SKIN ON YOUR WHOLE FACE

For all-round skin care, you need more than a day and night cream. This is because the skin around your eyes is particularly thin and sensitive. A rich eye cream with a lot of moisture helps to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.

PROTECTION WITH EYE CREAM

Your facial skin is protected around the clock with a day and night cream suitable for your skin type. But the sensitive skin around your eyes needs an extra dose of attention. Use eye creams with ingredients such as hyaluronic acid or Q10.

SLEEP YOUR WAY TO BEAUTY!

Make the time you spend in bed your beauty sleep and treat yourself to 7 or 8 hours a night. You will sleep better if you have eaten your evening meal and your last coffee was up to 2-3 hours prior to going to bed. Take care with air from the heating – it dries out your skin!

DAY AND NIGHT CREAM: TAILORED TO YOUR SKIN’S NEEDS

The key to success lies not only in the ingredients but also in the different consistency of day, night and eye creams. The right day cream is light, absorbs quickly and gives the complexion a matte look. This is why it is the perfect base for make-up. By contrast, a night cream is richer and more viscous. It remains on the skin for longer and thus works throughout the night. The sensitive eye area is moisturised with a light texture. Make sure that your eye cream absorbs quickly and is also intensively moisturising. NIVEA Q10 plus Anti-Falten Energy Augen Roll-on is very suitable for use during the day: it cools and reduces puffy eyes. For the night, we recommend NIVEA Cellular Anti-Age Augenpflege; it is richer and visibly smooths out those first wrinkles.

Fairness creams contain steroids that give faster and better results. Faster efforts to make your skin look white will result in permanent scars, pimples, allergies and permanent blackening of skin. All that comes with instant reactions, come with deadly consequences.

4. Preservatives:

All fairness creams contain preservatives that have a harmful ingredient in it called parabens. This chemical is cheap and commonly used in most cosmetic products. Do not use any fairness cream that has paraben content in it. Instead, you can opt for paraben-free and steroid free skin-whitening creams.

5. Mercury and Lead:

Few skin whitening creams contain mercury and lead that are extremely toxic and harmful to your body. Lead is usually found in lipsticks. These dangerous can leave permanent marks on your skin and leave you regretting for the rest of your life. According to a report released by the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) in India, the most popular skin whitening cream products do have mercury and lead in them.

However, the public research and advocacy organization’s pollution monitoring lab found 44% of mercury and lead content in most of the fairness creams. What was even more shocking was that it found 50% of mercury and lead in lipsticks sold in India.

The ingredients found in fairness creams are dangerous and makes your skin sensitive to sunlight, or even cause skin darkening. However, the after-effects of fairness creams will show up only after you begin using it and excessive use of cosmetics is sure to cause permanent damage to your skin. So always respect your skin colour and avoid getting caught with fairness advertisement for these brands just want to sell their products.
