5 places to buy secondhand designer bags and clothes in Dubai
Here are five not-so-secret stores you should be shopping at for secondhand designer items in Dubai

Dubai is an international shopping destination for the biggest luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, and Hermes. And we know, designer items can also break banks. However, if you are ready to look in the right direction, you can find something you love at a fraction of the cost. There are now a number of high-end consignment and resale online and physical stores that came into operation over the last few years, and we have listed them to help you buy the designer bag of your dreams for less.
The store promises 100 per cent authentication of items by their in-house experts prior to buying and reselling the products to new clients. Though they also have brand new items, majority of the products sold at the store and their website are pre-loved items.

Their team guarantees that each item on their web store is authentic. Shoppers can browse the site’s listings before visiting the physical shop by the Beach Road. Their ‘used but not abused’ accessories from different well-known brands start at prices as low as Dh200.
Website www.garderobe.ae Location Villa 596 Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim 1 Timings 10am to 8pm Contact 04 394 2753
This store at the Times Square Centre resells branded luxury handbags, watches, scarves, apparel, and jewellery from customers who have fallen out of love or simply have new high-end babies to take care of. What makes this different from other luxury stores is that they also offer used luxury home-accessories at lower prices.

Omg Fancy That
This shop started sales on their website prior to putting up their actual store. They focus on selling premium brands targetting users who want to sell their pre-loved items or those who want to buy second-hand designer merchandise such as bags, shoes, accessories and jewellery at lower prices.
Website www.omgfancythat.com Location Uptown Mirdiff Contact 056 275 7795
For those who have the urge to spend on top-tier designer goods, but no means or logical reason to do so; this store sells fashion essentials to their clients at a reasonable price range and claims to offer at least more than 50 per cent savings. They also accept must-have and fashionable pre-loved items from women who are cleaning up their closets.

Hi everyone. I’m off to Dubai in September & im thinking of spending my birthday money on a designer handbag so…..will they be cheaper than buying in U.K. and where’s the best place to buy?

Check out the Mulberry UK website, twice yearly they have a very good sale. I got my wife a bag for Valentines Day with 40% off so I saved a nice £440!

I like my handbags and even when the pound was stronger I didn’t find Dubai particularly cheap for designer handbags especially Mulberry which is a lot cheaper in The UK
Brands such as Louis Vuitton and Prada sometimes get new designs in before The UK but they’re no cheaperEdited: 3 years agoReport inappropriate contentRecommended by

“The notion of Dubai being a shopping destination is a myth” sorry but Dubai is a fabulous destination for shopping. It is not cheaper than the U.K. for the majority of items, however this does not mean that it is not a shopping destination. I still much prefer shopping in Dubai than New York as everything is contained within malls. New York is much dearer to U.K. residents than it was last year, does that make New York as a shopping destination also a myth?Edited: 3 years agoReport inappropriate content

Agree with Truthtraveller in that the shopping experience in Dubai is second to none. The malls are truly oppulent and the sheer variety of shops and goods is unrivalled. I cant think of any city offering the range of shops that Dubai has. It may not offer the best prices, but it sure is a pleasure strolling the malls and taking in the ambience.Report inappropriate content

truthtraveller and DXBINC,
I apologise unreservedly for expressing my opinion.
Having carried my wifes’ shopping bags around two of Dubai’s Malls and emptied my wallet in the Gold & Diamond park I have decided that I find the notion of Dubai being a shopping destination a myth.
